Meet the Owner

Hello there!

My name is Kristy Garrison and I am the founder and owner of Borrowed & Blue Specialty Rentals and Design. The hunt to find pieces for my own wedding in 2018 took me to many stores, antique malls, building items myself, and looking through family heirloom pieces. I uncovered a passion to curate and give new life to forgotten pieces, furniture, and décor.

Many of my friends asked me to help plan, design, and coordinate weddings and my passion further grew. I wanted to provide quality specialty rentals with a small town family atmosphere so Borrowed & Blue Specialty Rentals and Design emerged. Many of the items I have acquired are vintage or family heirlooms pieces given a new life. I am always on the hunt to broaden our rentals and add to our growing inventory and hope that the same pieces that started my passion help you celebrate your event.
